How do I apply to work thru Lion Outsourcing Management?
We accept applications in our Montgomery office Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm. Please allow adequate time to complete your application and have a Valid ID and 2nd form of ID with you at the time of applying or click on the link located at the top of the website.
What shifts do you hire for?
The plants we hire for operate on several different shifts. They offer day shift, mid-afternoon shifts, and overnight shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
Are there any physical requirements for applicants?
Those applying must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift at least 10 pounds.
How often should I contact you to add myself on the available list?
Our available list is conducted weekly; we ask that you call in only once a week. Our available line is open for calls Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 3:00pm.
How often do I need to update my application?
Applications are held on file and considered active for one year after completion.
Can I transfer positions or change shifts?
Team members who accept work assignments with set shift hours will not be able to transfer to another shift at a later time.
What should I do if I need to call off of work?
In the event a team member is unable to report to work due to illness or emergency, he/she is required to contact the designated LOM supervisor via telephone call each day that he/she anticipates being absent.
How do I change my tax information or update my address?
If you want to change your tax withholding information, your address, telephone number, or any other important information; please come to the LOM office to complete a form or request the proper forms from your on-site supervisor.
How frequently do I get paid?
Pay is distributed weekly each Friday. If you are currently employed, you must meet your on-site supervisor in the designated area and the designated time to receive your check. If you are no longer employed, you will receive your check from the LOM office. Please have your badge with you in order to receive your check (if you’ve submitted your badge on-site or previously to the LOM office, please have a clear picture ID with you).
What do I need if I’m picking my check from the LOM office?
Team members who are no longer working will receive their checks from the LOM office Friday’s between 8am – 12pm. You must submit your badge. If you do not have your badge, a deduction will have to be submitted thru payroll (see handbook for further details).
Is it possible to have someone pick my check up for me?
LOM will not allow anyone other than the team to whom the payroll check is written to receive a payroll check on behalf of any team member regardless of the team member’s employment status and the individual’s relationship to the team member.
How do I get my check if I am out of work?
In the event a team member is absent or not in their designated area to receive their paycheck, the on-site supervisor will hold the team members check until the next scheduled shift he/she reports to. We do not have a designated person who is available to transport checks between the office and plants after initial delivery of checks.
How do I get new t-shirts or safety glasses?
Simply come by the LOM office and fill out a short deduction form and receive your item(s). The cost will be payroll deducted from your next week’s check. You may also check with your on-site supervisor to complete the form, merchandise will be issued within 7 days.
